The Program

Fit and Flair with Mer is an in-home fitness program. The following steps are how I get you to your goals.

SET GOALS

SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE

The first part of your journey is to figure out what you want to achieve. The process starts during your free consultation where you will receive some questions to help you delve into your fitness desires. Once we hone in on the big one, we create a timeline and smaller milestones to keep you on track.
You will also choose an item, experience, or something else that will motivate you along the way, as your end reward. This is what you will earn cash back towards. I recommend clothing (for why click
here), but what you want to use it on is up to you. Be creative!

Please keep in mind that goals are constantly changing and evolving, so don't be surprised if what you want coming in, is not what you end up wanting once we get started.

TRAIN HARD

WORK HARD EVERY DAY

Once we have your goals and timeline set up, I will create a training schedule and concrete plan to help you reach your goals (for options and pricing click here). 

I will create all of your workouts based on your specific needs, goals, and preferences. 

Periodically, you will receive physical and nutritional challenges, which upon successful completion, will earn you cash back towards your end reward. 

I will push you. It won't be easy. It won't be pretty. But it will be awesome!

YOU EARNED IT!

Once you've hit your goal, and all your hard work has paid off, it is time to CELEBRATE! I will pay for whatever you chose during the program set up using the money you earned. 

I want you to be proud of yourself and revel in your success. You did AWESOME!

Then the process starts all over again, because let's be honest, there are always more goals to achieve!
